My name is Chuck Hammond, I am a lifelong resident of Southern Chester County and third generation living in the local area. I have been a realtor for almost 10 years; I am dually licensed in PA and DE working as a buyers and sellers agent. It’s my goal as a realtor to give you the best customer service available, with honest advice, in depth research, integrity, market knowledge, communications, negotiation skills, and closing preparation.

I attended Chadds Ford Real Estate Academy, each year I continue to take classes to further my knowledge and get updated with the industry and market changes. I am a member of Suburban West Association of Realtors, PA association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Trend MLS (multiple listing service), Realtor.com, and Trulia.com.

 
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, riding my motorcycle, fishing, hunting, learning about history, Civil war, going to Civil War battlefields, and traveling in the US and abroad.
