• Tell us your goals – we’re listening
• We’ll conduct a market analysis, run the numbers and discuss results with you. You’ll get straight talk from a professional who understands the local nuances of real estate in this area.
• Execute a listing agreement and complete a property seller’s disclosure

SHOW TIME
• Your home is listed! We enter your property into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and it’s published on our website, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia and 40+ other channels
• All Beiler-Campbell Realtors® tour your property with your Realtor®, for greater exposure among industry professionals and investors
• Our familiar burgundy yard sign is placed on your property
• A lock box is placed on your door for scheduled access by licensed Realtors® (optional)
• Color brochures are placed in your home
• ‘Just Listed’ postcards are mailed/emailed to nearby neighborhoods and potential buyers 
• A Broker’s Open House, hosted by your Realtor®, invites other Realtors® to tour your home (optional)
