Michelle Mendenhall

I am a second generation Realtor with 23 years of experience in the real estate industry.  I’ve been helping buyers and sellers since 2000 realize their dreams of home ownership. To further my understanding of real estate, I obtained a degree in paralegal studies with a concentration in real estate law from Widener University.   I believe that communication, attention to detail and following up is the key to providing outstanding customer service. As an experienced real estate professional,  I understand that marketing your property is not enough.  It takes an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate professional to protect a client's interest during the negotiations of a real estate transaction.  I truly believe that my experiences as a Real Estate Paralegal, extensive background in real estate, and strong communication skills allows me to provide my clients with a seamless transition from contract to closing.  I have lived in Southern Chester County for over 40 years.   I am agraduate of Avon Grove High School and had the pleasure of seeing both my sons graduate from Avon Grove as well.   I have two adorable grandchildren that I enjoy spending time with and in my spare time I enjoy riding my Harley.
