I have been a
Realtor for 10 plus years. I have
listed, sold, leased, and rented many homes.
My previous clients like my attention to detail and my attention to
them. I do not take on more than about 3
or 4 clients at a time. You may find
that strange, but the thinner you spread yourself, the less time you have to
devote to what is most important, your client!
It is impossible to conduct open houses, check vacant houses after
showings, and pay attention to detail when you have more than 2 or 3 homes to
give your undivided attention to. My
listings seem to normally sell between 1 and 30 days. I feel people want to be treated like I would
want to be treated. So, I answer my
phone 95% of the time, the other 5% I return within the hour.
Before I became a
Realtor, I worked as a Registered Nurse.
Maybe that compassionate attention is just built into my being. Though Real Estate is my business, horses are
my passion. I own an American Saddlebred
which I harness and drive down country roads.
I like to read mysteries, do crafts, and oil paint landscapes.
So
that is my story, I hope to learn your story and help you buy, rent, or sell
your home.
