Beiler-Campbell Realtors was founded by Ben Beiler in 1973 at the Avondale Office location. In 1979, Brian Campbell started as an Agent, then served as a manager, and later became a partner. Anthony Beiler joined Beiler-Campbell in 1989 as an Agent then served as manager and later became president.

Over the years, offices in Longwood, Oxford and Quarryville were formed. Committed to offering a complete umbrella of services, a Title Company, Mortgage Company and Appraisal Department were formed as well as New Home Communities, Commercial Department, Farm and Land Department and Auction Services for specialized transactions. The company has grown to over 80 agents with many staying for over 10, 30 and 40 years. The leading sources of business at Beiler-Campbell are referrals and repeat clients. This is a testament to recognizing that clients are neighbors and are treated like family.
