Secure Earnest Money Deposit Submission
Beiler-Campbell uses a software called Payload Keybox to remotely collect earnest money deposits by ACH (Automated Clearing House). Follow the instructions after clicking the link below for the state that the Purchased Property is located in. Upon completing the Payload Process, you will receive an email receipt that Payload is processing your request.
Earnest Money Deposits may also be made by wire by calling 610-932-1000 and asking for the Business Office.
Deposits over $50,000 must be made by wire.
IMPORTANT:
- Please ensure that your sending bank account is set up and verified to issue ACH payments for the amount of your deposit.
- ACH payments may take up to 5 business days to fully process. Be careful not to over-withdraw your account during this time.
- Beiler-Campbell will issue a final Earnest Money Receipt when the funds have cleared and fully deposited in the Escrow Account.
- Do not submit funds through this link if your settlement is within 7 business days.
