Andy Crawford is the Commercial Division Manager. He joined the Beiler-Campbell team in 2003. His career history with a large corporation serving locations on a national level has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate. He is a licensed Commercial REALTOR in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.

Maintaining a current market expertise and an in-depth understanding of the unique needs of many industry segments in the local region is top priority. Andy prefers to take a proactive approach to understanding the rapidly changing business environment of the local communities. Because of this, his understanding of these trends enables him to offer business owners a consultative approach to our real estate services, helping businesses adapt and thrive.

Anthony is President of Beiler-Campbell, Anvil Land Transfer and Delaware Valley Financial Mortgage. He joined Beiler-Campbell in 1989 after earning his business degree from Goshen College in Indiana during which time he studied in China. Anthony is a licensed Realtor with a Graduate PA Realtors Institute (GRI) designation.

During his nearly 30 years in the industry, Anthony has become recognized as an industry leader, both in professional performance and personal integrity. In the early days of his career, Anthony earned the coveted title “Realtor of the Year” by the Chester County Association of Realtors. As Anthony’s gift for business planning and innovative company development became apparent, he stepped into management roles within the company. Selected to serve on both the Board of Realtors Grievance Committee and Professional Standards Committee, Anthony demonstrated his extensive knowledge of real estate practices and ability to navigate complex and challenging transactions. Anthony was selected and served in a Board position of the Chester County Association of Realtors, solidifying his standing within the industry.

Anthony has an appreciation for his community and is an active member in local organizations. He has served as Member and Board Chair at the West Fallowfield Christian School. Anthony served as a Board Member for the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and Southern Chester County YMCA, as well as the Longwood Rotary Club.

Anthony and his wife Kathy reside in Cochranville where they raised their family.

Brian began his real estate career under the mentorship of Ben Beiler in 1979. After several years of outstanding leadership and service to his clients, Brian became a partner and Beiler-Campbell Realtors and Appraisers was born.

Brian currently serves as Board Chairman and loves the challenges that the real estate business offer. More importantly, Brian embraces every opportunity, both professionally and personally, to serve the local community and good people of Lancaster, Chester and Delaware counties. He is also passionate about leading and supporting the more than 100 Beiler-Campbell employees who serve with excellence, integrity and character every day.

A lifelong resident of Chester County, Brian is married to his high school sweetheart and they have seven children. When he’s not busy working or giving back to the community, you can find him farming and enjoying the outdoors.

I am married to Susie (Beiler).  We own a farm in the Little Britain area of Southern Lancaster County.  My interests include just about anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.  I love history and enjoy traveling to places full of historic buildings and legends.  (I grew up in the Oxford area of Chester County more specifically "Hickory Hill" for those with local knowledge of the area).  I have experience in dairy, mushrooms, crop farming and equestrian operations.  My father was a dairyman, mushroom grower and crop farmer.  My mother was an avid horse person.

Christian Campbell is a second-generation Realtor proudly born and raised in Chester County. A graduate of Messiah University with a degree in Business and Marketing, Christian entered the real estate industry immediately after college and has been serving clients with dedication and integrity ever since.

Licensed since 2012, Christian specializes in residential, investment, commercial, and farm properties. He spent over a decade representing Cedar Knoll Builders, guiding clients through the entire process of designing, developing, and financing custom homes. His deep understanding of new construction and land development has made him a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and builders alike.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Christian is a licensed mortgage broker and leads Delaware Valley Financial Mortgage. He also oversees single and multi-unit land development projects and actively invests in real estate, managing a personal portfolio that reflects his belief in the long-term value and legacy of property ownership.

Having lived in Chester County for most of my life, and now my husband and I are raising our children in Chester County, we have grown to appreciate its location and beauty!  We are located between three major cities, and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Born and raised in the tri-state area, I moved to the Kennett Square area for its charm, sense of community and beautiful, open landscape.  Having lived here for several years now, I’ve fallen in love with these qualities and am committed to preserving them and welcoming new families to the area.  

As a devoted mother, I had the privilege of raising my children at home, while still connecting with the local community through my passion of fitness as an instructor at the Kennett YMCA, where I still “kick butts and make them sweat”.  

With a BA in Theology and several fitness certifications, my well-rounded experience also stems from over 15 years of mortgage processing and title insurance in addition to real estate sales

In my free time I enjoy jogging in my neighborhood, strolling around town, or at the local parks with my family enjoying nature.

Grateful for an amazing group of community friends, I am eager to welcome new comers to this area and continue to create friendships one home at a time.
