I’m a Realtor based in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, where I’ve lived since 2021 after previously calling Oxford home. I come from a photography background, working full-time as a real estate photographer with Alcove Media while also running my own business, Chris Boyle Photography. Before that, I worked as a railroad mechanic and served as an EMT in Newark, Delaware—experiences that built my strong work ethic and ability to adapt in any situation.

My experience behind the camera gives me a unique edge in real estate. I understand how to highlight a home’s best features, connect with clients, and adapt to their individual needs. I meet new people and walk through different homes every day, which helps me build relationships and stay in tune with the market. I’m passionate about helping clients buy or sell with confidence and making the process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Outside of real estate, my focus is family. We have a small horse farm in Landenberg, and I love capturing everyday moments with my camera. I also enjoy playing guitar and woodworking. My family is what motivates me—especially being a strong role model for my daughter—and I bring that same care and dedication to every client I work with.
