As a 37 year veteran of the world of Real Estate, I am lucky enough now to be selling homes to the children of clients that I have sold homes to in the early years of my career. Clients I sold houses to are now finding their needs changing and I am selling thier current home so they can buy a bigger or smaller home.  I am truly blessed to love my career while becoming friends with many of my past clients and their families With an average of over 50 transactions per year, I bring lots of experience to my clients in the listing and purchase of homes, vacant land, and farms. I've dealt with clients of all types from first time buyers to buyers moving to retirement communities, move up buyers, and investors.  Working with them and all the issues in their transactions has given me a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate as well as learning the needs of different buyers.  Clients tell me I make them feel important and try to cover all the little details of the transaction. Many clients have said that I truly listen to them and try to find what is really important to them.   I have been a lifetime resident of Southern Chester County and a graduate of AvonGrove schools, and the Pennsylvania State University; so I know the neighborhoods, areas and support professionals in the area.  As an avid equestrian, many of my sales are horse properties, both large and small.  I've grown up as a farmer's daughter and my family lives on a large farm that we have always called home, in New London Township.  I am an avid gardener (with a BS degree in horticulture), as well as an animal lover, outdoor lover, and someone with close family ties.  As a lifetime member of The Christian Life Center in New London, I have sold properties to and for many of the members of my church family.  I have also had the honor of selling homes to seven ministers of other local churches in the Southern Chester County Area.  I was honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce and Beiler-Campbell's Management Advisory Board. I HAVE RECEIVED THE 5 STAR AWARD FROM PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE 2010 THRU 2022 WHICH SHOWS THE FAITH MY CLIENTS HAVE IN ME.  Real Estate has been my life and my passion!
