I understand the importance of good communication to earn my client's trust and enjoy giving my time, energy, and expertise in helping others buy or sell their property. Even though this process is unfamiliar to most people, I want them to know that I have their best interests at heart. My appreciation for organization and working with numbers lends itself to a career in real estate, but honesty and integrity are essential, and I will conduct business in a way that reflects these principles.

On a personal level, I'm a lifelong resident of Perry County and was born and raised on a dairy farm in New Bloomfield. This developed a good work ethic, but a farm accident limited the use of my right arm and brought a career change. From 2000 to 2010, I worked at Tuscarora Hardwoods. In 2010, I was part owner of Perry Power Equipment to fill a need in the community. Eventually, the business was sold to Nolt's Power Equipment and real estate became my full time occupation. With my wife Stacy and our 8 children, we currently reside in Loysville and attend Milltown Mennonite Church.  Our 16-acre farmette gives us the opportunity to raise some cattle and sheep.
