I have been a licensed real estate professional since 1987 and am proudly licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. With nearly four decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families buy, sell, and build homes — and I never take that responsibility lightly. I believe real estate is not just about contracts and closings, but about listening carefully, guiding confidently, and treating people the way I would want my own family treated.

I’m a graduate of Sun Valley High School and continued my education at Delaware County Community College and Polley Associates School of Real Estate, building the strong foundation that launched my long and rewarding career.

In 1998, I moved to Chester County with my family and joined Beiler-Campbell Realtors in 2001. For the past 19 years, I’ve specialized as a New Home Sales Consultant for Cedar Knoll Builders, helping buyers navigate the exciting journey of building brand-new homes from the ground up. I also spent six years as an REO agent with Premiere Asset Services (PAS), managing and marketing bank-owned properties with professionalism and attention to detail.

I hold the designations of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which allow me to confidently serve both new construction buyers and the 55+ community. In the summer of 2025 I furthered my education and knowledge of mortgages and passed the SAFE National MLO exam . I regularly complete continuing education in both Pennsylvania and Delaware and remain an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®
 to stay informed and connected.

When I’m not busy with real estate, my greatest joy is time with my husband, two sons, wonderful daughter-in-law, and our two beloved grandpups. I love baking cookies, cakes, and sourdough bread (my kitchen is rarely quiet!), and traveling by boat or in our motorhome — always ready for the next adventure.

For me, real estate has never just been a career — it’s been a lifelong passion for helping people feel at home.
