  • Execute a listing agreement and complete a property seller’s disclosure
MARKETING ACTIVATED
  • Your home is listed! We enter your property into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and it’s published on our website, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia and 40+ other channels
  • Our highly recognizable burgundy yard sign is placed on your property
  • A lock box is placed on your door for scheduled access by licensed REALTORS® (optional)
  • Our proven marketing strategy is launched including online marketing on Google, social media, and individual target marketing.
